1. Please note images might have discrepancies in the color due to image quality and lighting, the actual size of the product may be different from image's size. The image just serve as a reference.
2. Goods are not refundable / exchangeable due to color discrepancies.
3. Payment made after the closing date will not be accepted.
4. No cancellation once payment is made.
5. Tester are not refundable/exchangeable due to the following reasons:
- Tester with no cap
- Tester with the word "Tester" on the bottle
Exchange/Refund
1. Items sold cannot be returned nor exchanged if it is not damaged caused by us.
2. For Postage Delivery. As items are checked before posting out. In the event of receiving defected goods, please email us at simplylovefragrances@hotmail.sg with an attachment of item defects' zoom in image before we conclude to do exchanging of item.Exchanging / Refunding of item are done through meet up which will be arranged upon successful approval of refund.
3. For Meet Up Delivery. It is strictly not exchangable/refunable when you received the item through meet up, thus you are advised to check the item upon receiving of item during meet up.
